The Coaching Workflow
1. Intake & Goal Setting
In a personal intake session, we discuss your background, current fitness level, and goals. This helps us understand what drives you and what you’re aiming to achieve. It’s the foundation for effective coaching.
2. Personalized Training Plan
Based on your profile and goals, you’ll receive a personalized training schedule. It’s tailored to your lifestyle, strengths, and areas for improvement. Your plan evolves as you progress.
3. Track Progress
I will track your sessions, metrics, and how you feel, weekly or even daily. Regular feedback helps fine-tune your training and keep you motivated. Adjustments are made when needed to optimize your performance.
4. Smash Your Goal!
Race day or personal milestone, this is what we’ve worked for. I will provide you with a plan to smash your goal. You show up prepared, confident, and ready to have fun. Let’s make it count.
5. Post-Goal Review & Next Steps
Together, we analyse your performance and identify lessons learned. What worked? What can be better? From here, we build toward your next big achievement.
