This coaching is for endurance athletes of all levels, whether you’re training for your first 5K, aiming to qualify for a championship, or chasing a personal best in a full IRONMAN. If you’re serious about structured progress and expert guidance, you’re in the right place.

No, you don’t! Every athlete starts somewhere. Your plan is tailored to your current fitness level, and we build from there, step by step.

You’ll get ongoing feedback, data analysis, and direct communication through TrainingPeaks, WhatsApp, and calls. The level of support depends on your coaching package, but motivation and accountability are always included.

Absolutely. Whether you’re targeting a local sprint triathlon or a major marathon, your plan will include race-specific training, pacing strategies, nutrition advice, and tapering.

No problem. Life happens. Your plan is flexible and can be adjusted when needed, whether it’s for a busy week, holiday, injury recovery, or unexpected changes.

Yes! I regularly organise team days where we train together, share experiences, and build connections. Even though endurance sports are individual, having a team feeling can boost motivation, accountability, and fun.
